3 : Fats are also an important part of a balanced diet, but it's important to choose healthy fats such as monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, which can be found in foods like nuts, seeds, avocados, and fatty fish. Saturated and trans fats, found in fried and processed foods, should be limited.



In addition to carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, a balanced diet should include plenty of fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables provide important vitamins and minerals, as well as fiber, which helps maintain a healthy digestive system.
